The January transfer window is just around the corner, and all eyes are on PSG as the club looks to trim its roster.

Among the names potentially heading out is Randal Kolo Muani, whose stint in Paris might be cut short after arriving for a hefty €95 million from Eintracht Frankfurt last summer.

Speculation about his next move has already started swirling, with interest from multiple top European clubs.

For PSG, the winter window isn’t just about rebuilding, it’s about streamlining. With an abundance of attacking talent, Kolo Muani has found his role uncertain, and that uncertainty has made him a prime target for some of Europe’s elite.

Fabrizio Romano recently revealed that Tottenham, Aston Villa, and Juventus are interested in Kolo Muani, along with a few unnamed clubs.

Now, The Standard has expanded the list, confirming Manchester United, Arsenal, RB Leipzig, and AC Milan as additional suitors.

Interestingly, Chelsea, a club often linked to top players, are reportedly not in the running.

Kolo Muani’s potential departure stems from PSG’s crowded attack. With his playing time limited and PSG keen to offload fringe players, the Frenchman could find a better fit elsewhere.

Aston Villa were recently linked to a swap deal involving one of their young strikers, while Manchester United are seen as strong contenders, especially as PSG hold an interest in one of their attackers, Marcus Rashford.

Juventus presents a tactical intrigue, as the Italian side could utilise Kolo Muani on the left wing, complementing star striker Dusan Vlahovic.

Meanwhile, Tottenham’s continued interest, stemming from their summer pursuit, positions them as a familiar contender in this race.

Adding depth to the rumours

The Athletic’s David Ornstein has highlighted Manchester United as a potential frontrunner, especially given the possibility of a player swap between the two clubs.

On the other hand, Aston Villa’s connection with Kolo Muani strengthens as PSG remains open to creative deals to move forward.

What makes Kolo Muani’s situation more compelling is the financial drop in his price tag compared to his initial fee.

Clubs like RB Leipzig and AC Milan could see this as an opportunity to secure a high-calibre talent at a bargain price.
