According to reports from Italian news outlets Tutto Sport and Tutto Mercato Web (via Madein Foot), the Bianconeri have identified Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabian Ruiz as the perfect player to fit into the engine room of their current project.
Juventus have already initiated contacts with PSG’s director of football, Luis Campos, in recent days to test the waters over a potential summer transfer. While the sporting director has indicated stalling all new signing negotiations and contract renewals till the conclusion of their Champions League campaign, which ends with the final scheduled on May 30 against Arsenal, PSG have proceeded internally with their own set of targets.

However, his current deal with PSG expires next summer, and this is prompting the French giants to consider selling the Spaniard if a respectable offer comes in. Right now, they have set their asking price at around €30 million, below which no negotiations are expected to begin.
Much of Juventus’ approach for the 30-year-old will depend on their participation in the Champions League next season. Currently, they are sitting sixth on the Serie A standings with 68 points, two away from 4th-placed Roma with just one matchday to go. Otherwise, the Old Lady have a confirmed place in the Europa League, and several sales in their present squad could trigger the signing of Ruiz from PSG.
