Football legend Ronaldinho extends his support to PSG ahead of the Champions League final against Arsenal

Former PSG midfielder Ronaldinho extended his support to PSG ahead of the Champions League final clash against Arsenal.

Ronaldinho took to social media (via Foot Mercato) to post his support for PSG as he is expected to be present in the stands for the Champions League final this Saturday. The Brazilian legend posted a simple message of “Allez Paris” on his X post.

PSG have decided to invite over 30 club legends as VVIPs for the final against The Gunners, including the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, David Beckham, Javier Pastore, Ronaldinho and Pedro Miguel Pauleta. Apart from the star-studded line-up of legends, former players like Daniel Ljuboja, Blaise Matuidi, and Milan Biševac, Clément Chantôme, Laurent Leroy, and Fabrice Pancrate will be there to support the Parisian team when they head out for their second consecutive Champions League triumph, as per a previous report.

A message from Paris Saint-Germain read: “The continuity of the Paris Saint-Germain project, the passing of the torch between generations, and the history of a club that has, chapter by chapter, carved out its place on the European stage.

Alongside the presence of the former stars, PSG have named their academy players to be present in the stands, including Didier Domi, Boukary Drame, Amara Simba and Mamadou Sakho, amongst others. Academy graduate and former defender Presnel Kimpembe has been handed the task of being an ambassador for the PSG legends entourage in Budapest for the big game.

A tight contest awaits PSG as Arsenal gear up for their first-ever Champions League title.
