PSG looking to revamp; an exciting transfer window to be expected
PSG aim for a exciting transfer window as they are set to receive offers for their players and also initiate negotiations for new faces.
PSG will be playing their second consecutive UEFA Champions League final on Saturday against Arsenal in Budapest, Hungary, after winning their first-ever trophy in the premier competition of European club football the season prior. Along with this, the club are also looking to make major changes in their squad over the course of the summer, and have opened several channels to that end, according to journalist Laurent Perrin. The journalist thinks that the 2026 summer transfer window will be more happening for PSG than the 2025 one
As reported by Le10Sport, Perrin, during a Q&A session for Le Parisien, said, “Regarding the transfer window, it should be more active than last summer. We should expect a few departures (Ramos, Lee, Beraldo, Mayulu?) and just as many arrivals.” Bradley Barcola is also expected to leave the French capital; Premier League side Liverpool are targeting the player to fill the right-wing position left vacant by the departure of Mohamed Salah.
PSG are currently trying to secure the services of Karim Coulibaly from Werder Bremen and Joel Ordonez from Club Brugge to strengthen their defensive line. For the midfield positions, the names currently in circulation at the club are Ayyoub Bouaddi of LOSC Lille and Eduardo Camavinga of Real Madrid. The names that are being considered for the attack are quite interesting: PSG are reportedly keeping close tabs on the situations of Julian Alvarez from Atlético de Madrid, Yan Diomandé from RB Leipzig, Eli Junior Kroupi from Bournemouth, and Maghnes Akliouche from AS Monaco.
