PSG line up a €150m signing to replace Bradley Barcola

PSG line up a potential €150 million signing to replace the departing Bradley Barcola as details set to emerge within the next few days

PSG will enter the 2026 summer transfer market looking to make significant changes to their squad, as several of the key players are set to leave the French capital. In particular, as reported by Le10Sport, forward Bradley Barcola is a name which is being heavily linked with a move away from Les Rouge et Bleu. The French forward is expected to move to Merseyside club Liverpool, who have been keeping a tab on the 23-year-old for quite some time now.

PSG, in a bid to replace Barcola, are now, as suggested by several media reports, trying to secure the services of Yan Diomandé from RB Leipzig for a whopping price of €150 million.

As reported by media outlet Sport BILD, the 19-year-old prodigious winger from the Ivory Coast could expect to see a raise in his worth to €150 million after a good season.  PSG will also be competing with clubs like Liverpool, Manchester City and Real Madrid to secure the signature of the youngster. Diomandé is currently under contract with RB Leipzig until 2030, and neither club nor player will be thinking about parting ways so soon, given that Diomandé has enough time to consider his future prospects, and RB Leipzig will definitely not want to part ways with a young prodigious talent for anything less than a whopping price.

However, it remains to be seen whether PSG will go ahead with this deal, as Sporting Director Luis Campos has, since his arrival in 2022, maintained a policy of not overpaying players, and a price tag of €150 million for a 19-year-old definitely has the potential to put an end to this deal.
