PSG set €100 million asking price for Bradley Barcola

PSG are set to name a staggering €100 million price tag for forward Bradley Barcola this summer as he makes a decision on his future

PSG have set a staggering price tag to let go of one of the star attacking players.

According to a report by RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins, PSG are gearing up for bids regarding Bradley Barcola this summer, and will officially transfer list him due to his wishes after the Champions League final against Arsenal.

The journalist claims that PSG will set a €100 million asking price for the Frenchman due to numerous expected bids from clubs around Europe, especially the Premier League. With his contract expiring in 2028, Barcola has the option of renewing with Les Parisiens, as Luis Enrique does not willingly want to depart with the player; however, they would not hold him back if he decides to leave.

He said: “Bradley Barcola is a topic of discussion. He’s entering his third season. Negotiations have been ongoing for weeks, if not months. There’s still no common ground. It’s a situation that will need to be monitored. There are two possibilities, with his contract expiring in 2028, it will be very simple: either he extends and stays, or he doesn’t extend and PSG will set a price of over €100 million for Bradley Barcola.”

Barcola has faced a lack of game time at PSG since Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is the first-choice starter in his position, alongside the likes of Ousmane Dembele, Desire Doue, Goncalo Ramos, and Ibrahim Mbaye.

Journalist Daniel Riolo approved the news and said, “If I were Barcola’s agent, I’d get rid of him. If all three stay, you’re not guaranteed a starting spot in the big matches. What he’s done at PSG is commendable. If I were him, I’d want to experience a new adventure. I’m not a starter at PSG, I’m a backup, I want to go somewhere else.”
